I want to share really I do but......

I was taught in kindergarten to share....but they never explained that some things shouldn't be shared..... and this I won't share with you ladies! Hubby has been sick for a week with a miserable cold that has had him down and out for almost a week... of course I refused to kiss him, wiped everything around him, made him stay out of the kitchen while I cooked..everything!!!

Trying to avoid walking around in a daze like he has for the last week.....from the couch to the bed, with a box of tissues in hand..

My attempts have been pointless, I have been rendered defenseless....against these cruel creatures.....

Instead, I find that tissues actually do multiply when sitting for too long... they are everywhere and today is only day 1...."Oh joy is me"!!!

I guess I will have to resort to this.....UGH!
Thanks honey....did ya really have to share????
Hope everyone had a wonderful safe holiday....
I'll be around just moving at a snail's pace with Kleenex in hand;0)
Hugs French xoxox

Oh you poor thing! I have had the same flu for over a week. I didn't go tomy in-lawson Christmas Eve because I didn't wantto share it with my hubby's parents (they are in their 80s). I hated to miss out on the fun...but I did NOT want to share this with the family!

I hope yours goes away faster than mine has! Some days I feel pretty good...and other days I feel like a truck ran over me!

Oh French...So sorry you're sick! I used to have a great immune system when I taught school because the little rascals breathed and hacked all over me. Now it's gone! Have you tried zinc lozenges? If I start them right away and use them according to directions, I really don't get as sick! They taste nasty though, so I follow them with peppermint. Take care! Happy New Year (hope you are better by then)...Debbie

Oh No! I can't get sick this week, my assistant is gone out of town for the holidays so it's just Dr. K, 2 hygienists and me holding down the fort for last few days of the year. The last days that everyone saved their Cafeteria plans for and they have to use them up or lose them.....Have you tried Theraflu? Someone else said that it works great! Hope you're feeling up to par soon. ~ Robyn
